There'sAlwaysAChance: In general, pregnancy success rates range from 40% to 85%. When pregnancy does occur,it's usually within the first year.Success depends on your age, health of the tubes, amount of scar tissue, male sperm count, surgeon's skill, type of procedure utilized and results of tests 3-4 months after the surgery.Think twice. Fresh eggs: From your age i assume you still have a basket full of chances. It may be technically a problem as getting tubes to work again after they were tied is not always successful. A fertility dr could help you ovulate & harvest some eggs. Your husbands sperm could be added to the eggs and the resulting embryos placed into your womb. Both approaches can work but are expensive.
