May be nothing: Tubal ligation is usually very successful rarely, it fails and pregnancy can occur the worry is for tubal ectopic pregnancy or unwanted births if you have any suspicion, do a home pregnancy test likely it will be negative, but better to know early than not to know until it is a problem.
