RE: Dental Issues: I am unaware of any dental issues that can cause dry skin, or sores on your face ; feet.

Possibly: An abscessed tooth, for example, can drain through the skin. Your best approach would be to first see a skin specialist, a Dermatologist, to determine the cause of your skin issues and the appropriate treatment.
