SPASM: Intestinal spasm --ibs is most common cause at your age. I assume no bleeding. Increase fiber, probiotic over the counter, lo fat, lo caffeine diet if no improvement in 1 week may need exam and anti spasm meds--would need to see primary md or gastroenterologist.
