Fungal nail: Yes, you can apply Lamisil 2-3 x/d directly to the nail. It can take quite a few months for the new nail to grow in and fungal infection to heal. There is also a high failure rate even if you apply locally. Sometimes 42 d of Griseofulvin can help if local treatment fails.
