I'm 17 weeks pregnant and i used fucidin cream 2% ( fusidic acid) inside my vagina on a sore about 4-5 times.. will it harm my baby?

Vag Administration: The amount of systemic absorption of this drug is likely low so i don't think you're doing much or any harm, especially at 17wks when the fetus has already formed all of is organs/structures. Animal studies and many years of clinical experience suggest that fusidic acid does not cause birth defects.
