Hard to say..: A proper diagnosis of your lesion is needed, and that is accomplished with a visualization of the lesion, its history, your medical history, and examination of your teeth in that area. Your post gives us very little information, and that's why you need to make an appointment to be seen by a local dentist.

Abscessed tooth: It sounds to me like you have an abscessed tooth with a fistula forming near it. The pus generated by the abscess will seek the path of least resistance in attempting to drain. Seek dental care immediately. While anything is possible, i wouldn't jump immediately to std. It is more likely to be a dental problem, but please get it evaluated.
