?Pills: If by pills, you mean an over the counter anti-inflammatory medication like aleve (naproxen) or Motrin for the aches and cramps, the answer is yes, you can take them as instructed on the bottle. If you mean birth control pills, the answer is yes. If you mean some other pills, than re-ask the question with the specific medications you are talking about. Best wishes.
