Good day doctors is this normal when have pocs i felt cramps for 7 days straight then my period came on wednesday it was dark red on thursday my period blood turns to black and less than wednesday and on friday spotting then my period stops?

What you described could be part of the normal variation of your cycle. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause.
