My foreskin has been kinda tight, is there another solution beyond getting circumcised? im not against it, just seems like it would be a huge change

Doesn't hurt to ask: If wanting to hang on to one's foreskin, one can always ask the urologist if he can just split the foreskin so it will be loose, instead of cutting it off. After all, that's the only foreskin one will ever have.
