Possible: But unlikely. Without examining you cannot really tell what this is, but if you had no sexual contacts previously this is probably a benign cyst or scar. Next time you have a pelvic exam have the gynecologist comment on this. Good luck.

Withi no sex chances of HPV are nil. There can be many things like sebaceous cyst, Bartholins, fibromas etc. best to see your Gyn for without an exam not possible to daignose. Good luck
