Must be seen.: It is most likely benign but it need to be seen to make sure it is not a melanoma. If you have had it all your life and it has not changed and is smooth and regular it is probably fine. If it is new, irregular of has different areas of color it might not be. It just needs to be looked at to determine that and the sooner the better.
