May be more than UTI: If the other guy had any std, you could have picked that up. It is important for you to see your doctor for an evaluation. If you do not have a doctor go to the city or county health department for testing and treatment. I trust you know by now to always use a condom.

Possibly: Burning on urination can be due to urinary infection and/or inflammation of the urethra due to some sexually transmitted diseases. I recommend seeing your physician who can arrange for diagnostic cultures of your urine and swabs if there is any urethral discharge.
