Sperm: Human sperm need ideal conditions to survive. Sperm have been documented to survive in the fallopian tube up to 96 hours or four days. Outside the body, if the fluid dries up they are gone very short time. If you are washed and placed in culture media placement incubator they may survive up to 24 hours. On the other hand many species of sea turtle have sperm that can survive up months inside the fallopian tubes… just saying :-).
