Depends : Everyone takes a different amount of time to get their cycles back after Depo-Provera lupron (leuprolide). Once you get your cycle back - hopefully you are also ovulating monthly. It is hard to say how long it would take to get pregnant if you have endometriosis. If you still have a lot of pain or you don't conceive after 1 year you might consider seeing a fertility doctor.
