Can be: Lupron (leuprolide) works in part by preventing ovulation bleeding may be a sign that ovulation has returned but it may also be just a minor rise and fall in estrogen secretion. Pregnancy may occur after ovulation resumes--sometimes as early as 1 month after the last injection.

Depends : Everyone takes a different amount of time to get their cycles back after Depo-Provera lupron (leuprolide). Once you get your cycle back - hopefully you are also ovulating monthly. It is hard to say how long it would take to get pregnant if you have endometriosis. If you still have a lot of pain or you don't conceive after 1 year you might consider seeing a fertility doctor.
