Yes: Erectile dysfunction (ed), the inability to achieve and maintain adequate erection for penetration and sexual activity very common after age 40 when age and other ed risk factors become more common (vascular disease, htn, dm, tobacco use, obesity, meds) along with psychological factors. The ed drugs (viagra, levitra, (vardenafil) cialis) all reasonable first line rx options not interfered by carbamazipine.
