Alprostadil: Yikes! you're awfully young to need a nitrate like imdur. Coreg (carvedilol) can be safely used w/viagra and its competitors while nitrates are best avoided since combination can make you pass out, possibly die from overly low blood pressure. Luckily, alprostadil, either intracavernosal or intraurethral, is a great option to treat ed in men who need nitrates. Cream version is available in canada.
