Need birth control: Many women believe they can't get pregnant because of pcos. This is not true. Get on birth control if you are sexually active and don't want a baby. You may have to wait a bit and do a couple of preg tests. If you get lucky and aren't preg, i would not rely on emergency contraception for daily contraception like the pill.

Complicated: There are way too many issues involved here to address in this manner. You are a "hormonal mess". You need to see your gynecologist to get back on track and make sure you do not have other health risks.
