If you're regular and you missed a week then your suspicions about pregnancy are valid and i would recommend testing again in 1 week. See a gynecologist to follow up your missing period if your tests are still negative. If you're planning pregnancy, get on a prenatal vitamin.

Not pregnant: If you're tests are negative, then you likely aren't negative. If you're worried, consider repeating in 5 days, but sounds like you're not pregnant.
