Numerous...: The number of conditions creating nausea are huge and include, but are not limited to pregnancy. It is unlikely, but not impossible for you to be pregnant even after a tubal ligation through no fault of the procedure. If you think pregnancy is causing nausea then do a home pregnancy test tomorrow morning and try some antacid tonight.
