Yeast or eczema: You probably have a yeast infection or eczema that gets aggravated with sex. Try Cortaid twice a day for 1 week. If that doesn't help, try Lamisil (terbinafine) cream twice a day for another week. If that doesn't help, see your dermatologist.

Need more info: Are bumps painful? Exact location inner or outer surface of foreskin or in coronal sulcus. Best course is to take photos & senfd, they will remain quite anonymous & private. We might then be able to accurately diagnose & advise.

The bumps need to be looked at for a proper diagnosis. Both you and your partner need STD screen.
