possibly: Sudden deceleration of the head (often but not always associated with striking a stationary object) can result in the brain hitting the inside of the skull causing a concussion or even cerebral contusion (bruising). The discomfort and cognitive changes associated with a mild concussion usually resolve over several weeks. If loss of consciousness and/or severe thinking impairment occur, go to er.

Concussion?: Although your sex life sounds great, why do you think concussion? I would say that it is possible. But, there's many questions that a doctor would need to ask you in taking a 'concussion' history. If your symptoms persist, get checked out.
