once or twice a month i get burning sensation while urination along with slight drip at end. i have to clean again. is it linked to my hypertension?

No: It's definitely not due to your hypertension. Burning with urination and a drip can be cause by urethral infections, including sexually transmitted infections., though the symptoms would usually persist and wouldn't just come and go once or twice a month.
