A member asked:

I am 37yrs old, have a weak bladder. on chronic hypertension since 23 and difficultly in controlling urinating only getting worse. what to do first?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Weak bladder?: Unless one has had vaginal births, and consequently has incontinence secondary to lack of support for the bladder neck, incontinence, or "difficulty in controlling urination" may come from a hypersensitive bladder due to spontaneous (uncontrollable) bladder contractions ( "urge" incontinence). Get a referral to a uro-gynecologist to diagnose the reasons and treat the condition.
