Speak to your : Doctor , need examination , may not be an undecented testicle , is just at upper part of scrotum , if normal size possible to fix it , if is not salvageable may need to be removed due to higher incidence of malignancy

That the doxycycline made no difference is additional strong evidence against an infection of any kind, either epididymitis or bacterial prostatitis.
