Infection: It sounds like you may have epididymitis and/or prostatitis. The first is an infection in the epididymus (the part of the testicle that holds sperm) and the second is an infection in the prostate. This is basically the male version of a uti, which is much less common in men than women. This is definitely worth a visit to the doc for proper treatment.

Testicular pain : There are several things. Torsion of testcle, but that is very painful, infection in the testicle, or epididymis , prostatitis , or kidney stones. Check for blood in the urine, and culture it , look for white cells , leukocyte esterase. You should be evaluated asap
