Doubt hernia: Hernias in the vaginal vault are extremely rare, and don't cause discharge. I would see a gynecologist for an exam to find out more. Hope this helps!

Rectal problems: I have never heard this modality used for these sorts of issues, which mostly can be diagnosed by direct observation and/or palpation.
