Tremors is what we: Often call quivering or tiny motions of the hand. Most are "benign" with no known cause, but sme are related to neurolgical disease or endocrine imbalance. Sometimes small muscles fasciculate or vibrate as well. Start with your pcp. Sometimes there is nothing to do but the tremor or fasciculation if new and not evaluated should be.
