What is the cause of yellowish green vaginal diacharge (no odor or itch)in a VIRGIN? is that colour due to bacterial pigment or it means the discharge contains blood?
I have yellowish green vaginal discharge . I did a swap and the culture showed no growth (it was written polymorphs 10-12, many epithelial cells, no growth) so why is it yellowish green? Does that mean there is blood or pus?
