A member asked:

I have yellowish green vaginal discharge . i did a swap and the culture showed no growth (it was written polymorphs 10-12, many epithelial cells, no growth) so why is it yellowish green? does that mean there is blood or pus?

Confirm testing: Typically an Obgyn would not necessarily do a vaginal culture for the common problem of vaginal discharge. Typically they would run testing for the most common causes of vaginal infection such as bacterial vaginosis, yeast, trichomoniasis, gonorrhea and chlamydia.
