How do i open up to my parents about my psychological problem (diagnosed by amateur ra)?

Tell your doctor: This is important. I am not clear is your are saying amateur RA to mean rheumatoid arthritis or if something else is meant by ra. I am sure your parents love you and want to help you. If you do not feel you can directly go to them to get help, consider help from your doctor, a teacher , a minister or other religious figure that is meaningful to you or other community mental health resource.
