How late?: I'm not sure how old the bruises are? Depending on this, arnica gel may help some. It's also helpful for swelling and soreness. It's very important to investigate the reason for your bruising, though. Were you injured? Bruising can also come from systemic bleeding problems, and arnica may not address those.
