Lack of data: Hi! and congratulations on your pregnancy! You are APPROPRIATELY concerned about the use of medications and supplements during pregnancy. Arnica is considered homeopathic therapy, and there is not much (if any?) reliable scientific data; and without good data, physicians can't safely recommend its use in pregnancy. The FDA considers pure arnica unsafe. Since unregulated, concentration varies.
