What is cla?: If you mean conjugated linoleic acid, then this should not be an issue with prednisone. Any concerns about drug-drug or drug-supplement interactions should be further discussed with your pharmacist however who can run an interaction check with their software. Many supplements however don't necessarily have a lot of data on interactions or even ideal dosing.
