Not sure what your : Sprain is but if yo can't move your fingers, you should seek medical attention. Sprain is often used to mean may things form a tiny ligament injury, to negative xrays to majoir ligament injury asscociated with swelling and swelling can result in nerve and circulation issues. If you are experincing trueproblems with movement you need to get seen.
