Sorry, do you mean: Medical advice from healthtap? I just now read your question. Black stools that are sticky and smell bad can represent gastrointestinal bleeding. But some meds (i.e., pepto bismal or iron) and some food can cause black or dark stool as well. Get it medically checked.
