Suggest UTI: High wbcs in the urine and pain and headache seem like symptoms of urinary infection.You need a urine culture and may need treatment with antibiotics.Consult your doctor for us to advice you we need full report of urine analysis and where in stomach is the pain and if you are febrile and any blood cells in urine.
