Otitis ; Tripple ABX: No, i wouldn't use this in an ear, especially if there is any irritation causing any break in the skin. Use cortisporin otic or anything that can be used in the eye, such as tobradex (tobramycin and dexamethasone). For swimmers ear we used glycerine or vol-sol hc.
