The best management/ treatment for stye is to apply warm compress/ moist warm clean wash cloth on the affected eye for 5 to 10 minutes 2 or 3 times a day and at bed time. This usually helps to unblock the gland (sweat or oil) which blockage caused the stye in the first instance.
