Mostly different.: Cellulitis is a skin infection causing redness, swelling, and/or pain. It can be caused by MRSA rather than typical staph (MSSA) or strep in certain settings. C diff is not directly related to the other two unless of course antibiotics are taken for cellulitis/MRSA which can lead to alteration of gut flora and C diff.
