I was diagnosed with facial cellulitis 3 days ago.in the past 24 hours a boil has popped up on my but and under right breast.n the past 6 hours i now have bumps on each leg.could that mean the facial cellulitis has progressed into mrsa or am i septic?

Cellulitis can spread locally but it does not jump around the body. This does not sound like sepsis which is a systemic reaction to infection which often manifests with fever, elevated inflammatory markers, and vital sign abnormalities (rapid heart rate/respiratory rate, low blood pressure)
