Pelvis pain: Bowel movement does not pass all the way means constipation or partial obstruction. The obstruction can be inside colon or compressing the colon. Also you get pelvic pain. You need ultra sound/ct scan of abdomen and pelvis. Please see your doctor because you also had kidney donor surgery. Scar tissue can cause adhesion. In the meanwhile use stool softener. Thanks.
