Dentures: Wearing dentures allow you to eat anything you want.

Possible: That is the ultimate hope, but they are not real teeth and do not function the same. You won't hurt them, but you may find it difficult to eat certain firm chewy foods...Steak. You may find that a little adhesive may aid in function. Each person is different though. Over time it will get easier.

Perhaps: It depends upon what you are referring to as "false teeth". Most people use that term to refer to full dentures. They are the worst option and never feel like natural teeth although many patients can eat everything they want to, just not as well. Implant supported restorations however, can usually be made to look as good and function as well as natural teeth.

Not necessarily...: This depends upon the type of false teeth received and upon the remaining natural teeth. False teeth can dramatically improve one's appearance and chewing function. However, i would say there may be limitations still to prevent damage and to provide for a more comfortable experience with false teeth.

Depends: If they are removable PARTIAL dentures with surrounding teeth supporting them, then you might be able to SAFELY eat most anything. If they are complete dentures, then you will have about 50% efficiency and a more limited function. Many people glue them in with denture adhesive and boast about how they do eat anything. This results in accelerated bone loss, and eventual inability to wear any dentures.
