You bet!: Even without ejaculation, viable sperm are present and could cause pregnancy. Ejaculation increases the odds of pregnancy significantly. Unprotected sex can also give you an std, unless both you and your partner are monogamous. Consider obtaining more information on unplanned pregnancy, stds, and responsibilities of parenthood!

Absolutely: If your partner isn't using a condom, you can still get pregnant even if he ejaculates outside. There can be a "pre-ejaculate" that seeps out beforehand that is very high in sperm count. If you're not prepared to get pregnant, you need to use a better method than withdrawal. Condoms are far safer.
