Foul clear slime: Sounds like you may have a fungal infection, some antifungal cream, frequent showers and medicated powder may help but check with your physician.

Start with: Routine hygiene. Wash with soap and water. Dry. Apply over the counter steroid fungal cream twice a day for two weeks then once a day for a week. Then apply a some type of powder daily. Where cotton under ware.

Yeast infection: Have you ever had this before? Does it smell "funny" too? I think that it is a simple fungal/yeast infection that you can treat with three things. Air it out, clean with soap and water. Be sure to dry the area very well. I've used a hair dryer before (on cool setting) and place tinactin (tolnaftate) or athletes cream on the area. 10 -14 days and it should go away. This is very common and will probably return.

An absorbent powder : This area commonly gets moist because of the lack of air circulation. An absorbent powder can help. I often prescribe an anti-yeast medical powder, since it's a common place for candida to affect.
