Meds, therapy: Your psychiatrist/psychotherapist should be aware of this, sometimes this requires more frequent sessions, and adjustment of meds. It is very good that you notice this worsening of hypochondriasis, instead of focusing only on somatic symptoms you may be suffering. Consult your dr. Best wishes.
