Start living right!: You can start to assure yourself that you are doing the proper things in your life to prevent cancer. This would be a good start. Stop smoking if you do, eat more fruits and vegetables and only lean cuts of meat, start some type of exercise routine, cut down on fat in your diet, stay away from any dangerous chemicals, wear sunscreen, etc. And just plain enjoy life.

Adopt healthy living: May be that adopting a healthy life style that includes, caloric restriction, limiting intake of saturated fats, not using tobacco and alcohol, eating diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruits and excercising vigorously for at least half hour each day will help. It will not cure your hypochondria but will lessen your chances of cancer.
