Likely not : Likely not . If the radiologist saw something suspicious on he mammogram they would have asked you to do extra mammogram imaging. The report will give a birads number. Birads 1 and 2 are normal. Birads 3 and above are concerning. If you have concerns then i suggest talking to your doctor !

Dense breasts: Several states have recently enacted legislation requiring patients to be notified if they have dense breasts. Dense breasts decrease the sensitivity of mammography for detecting cancer, and have been shown to be an independent risk factor for developing cancer. Speak with your doctor. This is an evolving situation. Some advocate adjunct screening ultrasound.
