A doctor has provided 1 answer

Peptobismul and ASA: The use of peptobismol is contra-indicated in people with Aspirin allergy or sensitivity. Peptobismol contains bismuth subsalicylate. Aspirin is a salicylate. Peptobismol could cause a mild to very severe allergic reaction to people with Aspirin allergy.
