Geographic Tongue: Yes, you will always have it. Some times it can get sensitive depending on your diet. Citrus fruits, spicy foods can exacerbate it. Generally you won't even know it is there.

Geographic tongue: Geographic tongue is common. It can look like a map. It is also called migratory glossitis because it tends to move.... It is not a major problem but acts more like psorsias where it waxes and wanes. Treatment is often bland oral rinses.
